Rizwan Mumtaz

Mr. Mumtaz is the Senior Director of Construction Management Services at AI Engineers, Inc. He is involved with AI’s business development efforts and is also a Certified Construction Manager (CCM). He has more than 35 years of experience as a civil engineer, including more than 25 years of experience in construction management as a Resident Engineer. His background includes overseeing and directing a broad range of projects including transportation infrastructure, roadways, airports, runways, urban facilities. He has played key roles in managing P3 infrastructure projects as a construction manager and has led several projects as a Senior Construction Manager totaling in the billions of dollars to successful completion and project close-out. He has extensive experience working with government agencies, client developer organizations, and contracting organizations on infrastructure work of residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, mixed-use, and other engineering projects located in urban environments with significant involvement of public and stakeholder outreach.
