Mr. Siddiqui is the founding and current Vice President of the NED Alumni Association of New England. He was the Vice Chairman of the NEDIAN-NA and currently working as a General Secretary. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He was the key person in organizing the two successful conventions in CT in 2008 & 2013. He lives in Farmington CT with his wife Shanila and two children, Rohail and Neha. He is passionate about sports including Football, Baseball, Basketball, and cricket.
Mr. Siddiqui, PE, is the Executive Vice President of AI Engineers, Inc. He has over 26 years of experience as a structural engineer and project manager in NBIS bridge inspection, railroad bridges, construction inspection, scour evaluation, overhead sign structures, load rating analysis, and highway design. Mr. Siddiqui has worked with ConnDOT, MassDOT, VDOT, MaineDOT, NYSDOT, NJDOT, and RIDOT on several projects and is involved in all technical staff and subcontractor management, financial control of the projects, preparation of the task order proposals, and managing the key aspects for each task. For the past several years, he has closely interfaced with ConnDOT, MassDOT, VDOT, and RIDOT Bridge Management staff for all firm-wide NBIS Bridge Inspection and load rating contracts completed or at hand. Mr. Siddiqui is also the Project Coordinator/Operations Manager/Chief Safety Officer with the firm.

Anas Hashmi graduated from the Civil Engineering department of NED University of Engineering and Technology in 1994. He completed his Master of Science (M.S.) in Structural Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1995. He is associated with the construction industry in New York City for more than 20 years. His civil engineering experience includes an array of infrastructure development and municipal engineering projects.
Anas is actively involved with NED Alumni Associations in North America since 2008. He has been a founding member of NED International Alumni Network (NEDIAN-NA) and NED Alumni Association of Tri-State (NEDATS). He has served both the organizations as General Secretaries and has served the boards for several years.

Mr. Khurshid Hoda graduated from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Pakistan in 1989 (Civil Engineering, 1984 batch, second shift). He completed his master’s in Transportation Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan in 1992. He is currently working as Director of Programs and Engineering Services for the Village of Orland Park, Illinois where he is leading and managing large and complex transportation, infrastructure, and development projects.
Khurshid is currently the president of the NED Association, Chicago chapter. Previously, he served as a Board of Directors for the same chapter. For NED-NA, he is serving as a Board of Directors and also is a member of the Executive Committee and serving as Media Secretary.
Khurshid has a passion for teaching and mentoring younger engineers. He has been teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in the Civil Engineering Department of Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is continuing this teaching passion by organizing presentations to NED students in Pakistan. The presentations include various engineering and professional topics presented by NED graduates who have decades of experience and reside in the USA, Canada, and Pakistan. He is coordinating with NED-NA and NED’s vice-chancellor, Dean, and department chairs to expand this program.
